Bonkai Resort, Pattaya

I had an awful experience at this resort. The rude staff at check-in and the lack of basic amenities such as toiletries and proper room cleaning made my stay very disappointing. The facilities felt subpar and not what I expected from a resort. The only positive was the cleanliness of the room, but it certainly wasn't enough to redeem my stay.
